After traveling the world, and settling in Marin in 1995, Hannah feels truly blessed to be surrounded by the beauty and quality of life that Marin affords, and knows the importance of having a home that feels like a sanctuary. From pastry artist to realtor to home stager—Hannah Tai's path has been driven by one constant: a passion for creating beauty that transforms lives.
After traveling the world, Hannah discovered her home in Marin County in 1995. From the moment she arrived, she fell in love with the region's natural beauty, tight-knit communities, and the way homes here aren't just properties—they're sanctuaries nestled between redwood groves and coastal vistas.
Seventeen years as a Marin County realtor gave Hannah an insider's understanding of what makes Bay Area buyers fall in love with a home. She saw firsthand how the right presentation could transform a property from overlooked to unforgettable. But she also noticed something missing: staging services that honored each home's unique character rather than applying cookie-cutter formulas.
That realization sparked Raven's Nest Staging.
Drawing from her background as a cake artist—including a stint on the Food Network—Hannah brings the same artistic precision and attention to detail to home staging. Every project starts with understanding the home's soul: its architecture, its light, its story. Then, using hand-selected pieces from our extensive collection, we craft spaces that feel both aspirational and livable.
Serving Marin County and beyond, we've staged everything from mid-century gems in Novato to waterfront condos in Sausalito, from woodland retreats in Mill Valley to contemporary estates across the Bay Area. Each project reflects our philosophy: homes should inspire buyers to imagine their best lives unfolding within those walls.

Today, Hannah continues her real estate practice while leading Raven's Nest Staging, bringing 17 years of market expertise to every staging consultation.
